Q. How do you assign a virtual assistant?

Q. What tools do you use to get your job done?

We use Dropbox for file sharing, Google Apps for handling email, contacts and calendar, we use Skype for communication –to name a few. We are open to novelty and you may suggest new technologies that you employ in your business and we’ll happily use them too.

Q. What programs can the VA use?

All of our assistants are experienced in using Microsoft Office and most of them have proficiency in CRMs including Infusionsoft, Basecamp, Zendesk, etc. Some assistants have expertise in, design software, accounting software, CMSs, programming environments etc.

After selecting your virtual assistant, you need to go to the sign-up page on our website. Choose the plan that you want to sign up for, and check-out. Payment can be made online via netbanking or credit card. You can also renew your plan on the same day every month.

Q. Are the plans flexible?

Yes, our plans are flexible. At any point of time you can upgrade, downgrade or even cancel. You can upgrade or downgrade several times as your requirements change.
